Functions
Connects a crystal for system clock oscillation. When the clock is
supplied externally, input it to EXTAL and input an opposite phase
clock to XTAL.
System reset. Active at "L" level.
Positive power supply for A/D converter.
Reference voltage input for A/D converter.
A/D converter GND.
Positive power supply. All three VDD pins must be connected to the
positive power supply.
GND. All four VSS pins must be connected to GND.
