Select stereo mode or SAP mode

SAPC (1):
Select the SAP signal output mode
When there is no SAP signal, the conditions for selecting SAP output are selected by
SAPC.
0 = L + R output is selected
1 = SAP output is selected

Mute the LSOUT-L and LSOUT-R output.
