Description
The ICX249AL is an interline CCD solid-state image
sensor suitable for CCIR black-and-white video
cameras with a diagonal 8mm (Type 1/2) system.
Sensitivity, smear, D-range, S/N and other
characteristics from visible light area to near infrared
light area, have been greatly improved compared
with the ICX039DLA through the adoption of EXview
HAD CCDTM technology.
This chip features a field period readout system and
an electronic shutter with variable charge-storage time.
This chip is compatible with and can replace the
ICX039DLA.
