Diagonal 8mm (Type 1/2) CCD Image Sensor for CCIR Black-and-White Video Cameras
Description
The ICX039DLB is an interline CCD solid-state
16 pin DIP (Ceramic)
image sensor suitable for CCIR black-and-white video
cameras with a diagonal 8mm (Type 1/2) system.
Smear, sensitivity, D-range, S/N and other
characteristics have been greatly improved compared
with the ICX039BLB. High sensitivity and low dark
current are achieved through the adoption of HAD
(Hole-Accumulation Diode) sensors.
This chip features a field period readout system and
an electronic shutter with variable charge-storage
time. Also, this outline is miniaturized by using

original package.
This chip is compatible with and can replace the
V
ICX039BLB.
