Description
Voltage clamp MOSFET 1 drain.
Voltage clamp MOSFET common gate drive. Bypass with 1nF ceramic ca-
pacitor to ground.
Voltage clamp MOSFET 2 drain.
Current sink MOSFET 2 sense.
Cathode connection to temperature PN diode.
Anode connection to temperature PN diode.
Current sink MOSFET 2 controlled current sink.
Not connected.
Current sink MOSFET 2 gate drive.
General ground pin.
Current sink MOSFET 1 sense.
