Note 2: Characterized performance may change if the SKY73121-11 is configured differently than the test conditions specified here. This characterization used a 6.5 MHz fixed comparison
frequency for the PLL loop filter. The PLL synthesizer is programmable up to a maximum comparison frequency of 26 MHz but with degraded performance.
