Description
The SKY13750 is a low-noise amplifier (LNA) diversity module to
be used in a cellular mobile device. It supports cellular diversity
receiver and cellular transmitter functions.
This device is compatible with 3GPP GSM, WCDMA, LTE and
LTE-A standards and includes filters for the following service
bands for the cellular part: B1/4, B3, B4, B7, B25, B30, B39, B40,
and B41.
Figure 1 shows the functional block diagram.
Skyworks Green^TM products are compliant with
