Silicon Labs is pleased to announce the availability of a new 6x8mm 47-pin QFN-LGA package option for
the Si32260 and Si32261, in addition to the current 8x8mm 60-pin QFN-LGA package.

Reason:
The new 6x8mm package reduces PCB (Printed Circuit Board) area and is offered at a lower cost
compared to the 8x8mm package.
Product Identification:
The new 6x8 packages are available with the following OPNs (Orderable Part Numbers):
Si32260-C-FM2, Si32260-C-GM2, Si32261-C-FM2, Si32261-C-GM2.
