Silicon Laboratories is pleased to announce the release of an updated datasheet for the Si7005
DIGITAL I2C HUMIDITY AND TEMPERATURE SENSOR. This new version is revision 1.1 and replaces the
existing revision 1.0 datasheet.
This is a datasheet update only. There are no changes to the device itself or its specifications,
form, fit, function, quality, or reliability.

Reason for Change:
This new revision of the datasheet includes various clarifications and minor corrections and expands
and clarifies the PCB assembly guidelines. The specific changes versus revision 1.0 are:
- Updated Figures 2 and 3: Clarified RH and temperature accuracy graphs
- Updated Figure 7: Replaced with black and white version
- Updated “4.7 Soldering” to “4.7. PCB Assembly”
- Updated Table 19: Corrected title
