The maximum junction temperature of the MJT5630 is 125℃, therefore the maximum lead
temperature Ts_max is
Ts_max = Tj_max - (Rθj-s * Pd)
= 125℃ - (27℃/W * 0.58W) = 109.34℃
Although this is the maximum lead temperature, it is recommended to keep the lead temperature
under 70℃.
