The SPLM393 consists of two independent voltage comparators, designed specifically to operate from a single
power over a wide voltage range.
FEATURES
z Input Common-Mode Voltage Range Include Ground
z Single or dual supply operation
z Wide operating supply range (Vcc = 2V ~36V or ±1 to ±18V)
z Input common-mode voltage includes ground
z Low supply current drain I_CC =0.8mA (Typical)
z Low input bias current I_BIAS=25nA (Typical)
z Output compatible with TTL, DTL, and CMOS logic system
