General Description
Features
The SE1482 is a monolithic synchronous buck  2A Output Current
regulator. The device integrates 95 mΩ MOSFETS  Wide 4.5V to 27V Operating Input Range
that provide 2A continuous load current over  Output Adjustable from 0.925V to 0.8Vin
a wide operating input voltage of 4.5V to  Up to 96% Efficiency
27V.Current mode control provides fast transient  Programmable Soft-Start
response and cycle-by-cycle current limit. An  Stable with Low ESR Ceramic Output Capacitors
adjustable soft-start prevents inrush current at turn on. ^{ Fixed 340KHZ Frequency}
