Power on Timing
Applications must control the timing of the power on sequence carefully. Although AV_SS and V_SS are completely
isolated internally in the LC82151, AV_DD and V_DD are connected through the substrate. This means that there must be
no potential difference between AV_DD and V_DD. Also, the power supply voltage rise and fall times must be under 3 ms.
