When supply voltage V_CC is switched ON, the amplifier output (pins 4, 17) will rise. Output waveform ON time t_s can be
varied by capacitor Cr connected to pin 12.
Refer to Data Cr – t_s.
The minimum value of Cr is 47 µF.
