(1) Programmable divider data • Sets the programmable divider's divisor.
P0 to P15
This is a binary value in which P0 is the LSB, P15 the MSB.
DVS = 0 : The IC internal FMIN pin is stopped (pulled down)

Set divisor (N) : 272 to 65536
Input frequency range : 120 to 270 MHz
