Ultra Fast Recovery Diode
DENS-1106S
Features
The DENS-1106S is a fast recovery diode of
600 V / 10 A which realizes low-noise and low loss.
The typical VF of 1.05 V at 100 °C and the typical trr
of 25 ns (IF : IRP = 1 : 2) are realized by optimizing the
trade-off relationship between VF and trr. The low
thermal resistance package achieves high performance in
terms of heat dissipation.
● VRM------------------------------------------------------ 600 V
● IF(AV)------------------------------------------------------- 10 A
● VF (100 °C) ------------------------------------ 1.05 V (typ.)
● trr (IF : IRP = 1 : 2)-------------------------------- 25 ns (typ.)
Applications
● PFC crcuit (DCM and CRM)
● Freewheel Diode
(Offline Buck and Buck-boost Converter)
