Fast Recovery and High Power Diode
CTXS-4603S
Features
The CTXS-4603S is a high power and fast recovery
diode which realize a peak reverse voltage of 300 V, a
typical forward voltage drop of 1.05 V (typ.) and typical
trr-time of 32 ns (typ.) optimizing a life-time control. It
supports high-speed switching and reduces forward-loss.
The low thermal resistance package achieves high
performance in terms of heat dissipation.
 VRM------------------------------------------------------ 300 V
 VF------------------------------------ 1.4 V max. (IF = 30 A)
 IF(AV)------------------------------------------------------- 60 A
 trr----------------------------------------------------50 ns max.
(IF = 500 mA, IRP = 500 mA, 90 % of R.P.)
