Description
UVTOP310 is a series of AlGaN based deep UV-LEDs with a typical peak wavelength of 315nm and optical
output power of 360-600 µW. It comes in hermetically sealed TO39 or TO18 metal can package with ball lens,
hemispherical lens, or flat glass window configuration. UVTOP310 is widely used for UV-curing, phototherapy,
optical sensing and imaging applications.
