Description
UVTOP295 is a series of AlGaN based deep UV-LEDs with a typical peak wavelength of 300nm and optical
output power of 300-500 µW. It comes in hermetically sealed TO39 or TO18 metal can package with ball lens,
hemispherical lens, or flat glass window configuration. UVTOP295 is widely used for UV-curing, forensic
analysis, protein analysis, DNA sequencing and phototherapy applications.
