Description
RFD520-1-3 is a Laser diode module emitting at 520 nm with rated output power of 1 mW, utilizing a
direct emitting green laser diode. It features wide operating temperature up to 60°C and low
current draw. It comes in black anodized aluminum housing with fix collimated glass lens and
integrated 3VDC driving electronics for convenient operation
