Description
PCB-driver-51 driver is designed as power supply of Mid-IR LEDs. It provides pulse mode operation,
which can be adjusted by jumpers (different values of current, frequency and pulse duration can be
triggered).
A synchronization input terminal block allows synchronizing the driver with an external device, with two
or more drivers simultaneously, or setting custom frequency of the LED
A synchronization output terminal block gives the possibility of synchronization with an external device.
In case of circuit brake, a safety system for prevention of LED damage is included.
A temperature observation voltage output terminal block allows to judge LED p-n junction temperature.
Features
• Pulse mode operation (for maximum peak optical power)
• Adjustment of LED current amplitude, frequency and pulse duration via driver’s jumpers
• Synchronization input terminal block which allows:
- synchronizing driver with an external device (synchronous detector etc.)
- synchronizing two or more drivers simultaneously
- setting custom frequency of the LED signal
• Possibility of synchronization with an external device with the help of synchronization output
terminal block.
• Safety system for prevention of LED damage in case of circuit brake
• Temperature observation – possibility to judge LED p-n junction temperature changing by observing
voltage changing using current-voltage dependence
