Description
DUV-OC39 is a series of AlGaN based single emitter DEEP-UV LEDs in an open TO39 metal can package, with a beam angle of
144 degree. With the chip die directly accessible, and the output not attenuated by a lens, this package yields highest output power.
DUV-OC39 is available from 265 nm up to 340 nm peak wavelength with an optical output power of typically 1.6 mW.
