âGeneral Description
ROHMâs high efficiency step-down switching regulator
BD91361MUV is a power supply designed to produce
a low voltage including 0.8 volts from 5.5/3.3 volts
power supply line. Offers high efficiency with our
original pulse skip control technology and synchronous
rectifier. Employs a current mode control system to
provide faster transient response to sudden change in
load.

ï® Offers fast transient response with current mode
PWM control system.
ï® Offers highly efficiency for all load range with
synchronous rectifier (Nch/Nch FET)
and SLLMTM (Simple Light Load Mode)
ï® Incorporates soft-start function.
ï® Incorporates thermal protection and ULVO
functions.
ï® Incorporates short-current protection circuit with
time delay function.
ï® Incorporates shutdown function Icc=0µA (Typ.)
