Description
BD69740FV is a pre-driver that controls the motor drive part composed of the power transistors.
It incorporates current limiting circuit, lock protection and automatic restart circuit, PWM soft switching circuit, soft start
circuit, and quick start circuit.
The pin is compatible with BD69730FV (rotation speed pulse signal output).
