Function Description

RFN
Differential RF input for PA (TX_Mode) and output for LNA (RX_Mode) internally matched to 100Ω.

GND
Ground.

RFP
Differential RF input for PA (TX_Mode) and output for LNA (RX_Mode) internally matched to 100Ω.

VCC
Voltage supply for VCC Bias. An external 0.1uF capacitor might be needed for low frequency decoupling.

TX_EN
Enable voltage pin for the PA and switch. See logic table for operation.

PDET
Provides and output voltage proprtional to the output RF level.

GND
Ground.

VCC1/2
Voltage supply for the first and second stages of the PA. An external 1uF capacitor might be needed for low fre-
quency decoupling.

C/I
This pin is connected internally (C/I) to Pin 8 therfore this pin should not be grounded. This pin should be left
open.

VCC3
Voltage supply for the third stage of the PA. An external 1uF capacitor might be needed for low frequency decou-
pling

NC
No connect.

GND
Ground.

ANT1
This is a common port (antenna). It is matched to 50Ω and DC block is provided internally.

GND
Ground.

ANT2
This is a common port (antenna). It is matched to 50Ω and DC block is provided internally.

VCCLNA

LNA_EN LNA enable pin for selecting between High gain mode and Bypass mode.
