Pin Names and Descriptions
Description
RF input, is internally matched to 50Ω. DC Blocked
Ground connection.
This pin is connected internally to the collectors of RF device. To achieve specified performance, the lay-
out of the pin should match the Recommended Land Pattern
No Connection internal, Can be grounded or left open
Power detector provides an output voltage proportional to the RF output power level.
RF output, is internally matched to 50Ω. DC Blocked

PA bias voltage. This pin requires regulated supply for best performance.
PA Enable pin, Apply < 0.6V_DC to turn PA off. Apply 1.75V_DC to 5V_DC to enable the PA.
