Current Adjust / Shutdown control, pull up to VREF with series resistor, use VREF >3.5V for optimum current
stability versus temperature
DC/RF Ground. Must be soldered to EVB Ground Plane over an array of vias for thermal and RF
performance. Solder voids under the EPAD will result in excessive junction temperatures causing permanent
damage.
