QPC6614
5âMHz to 6000âMHz, Digital Step Attenuator
The QPC6614 is a 6-bit digital step attenuator (DSA) that
features high linearity over the entire 31.5âdB gain control
range with 0.5âdB steps. The QPC6614 uses serial control
interface. The QPC6614 has a low insertion loss of 1.4âdB at
2âGHz. Patented circuit architecture provides overshoot-free
transient switching performance. The QPC6614 is available
in a 4.2âmm x 4.2âmm MCM package.
