Set the same termination as the
single-chip mode.
*1 : Open-collector buffer
*2 : When programming QzROM is performed, switch Vcc from CNVSS by a jumper switch.
Execute pull-down handling in single-chip mode.
*3 : Vcc = 4.5 to 5.5 V: Connect to Vcc.
Vcc = 2.7 to 4.5 V: Supply 4.5 to 5.5 V.
Note: For the programming circuit, the wiring capacity of each signal pin must not excee d 47 pF.
