Notes: 1. The pulse generator has the following characteristics:
PRR = 1 MHz, 50% duty cycle, t_r = t_f = 6.0 ns.
2. C_L includes probe and jig capacitance.
3. 75 Ω connected between the pin and GND at t_ZHD t_HZD test.
180 Ω connected between the pin and GND at t_ZHD t_HZD test.
4. At t_HZR, t_LZR test, S₁ and S₂ are closed.
At t_ZHR test, S₁ is open and S₂ is closed.
