5. ROM CORRECTION
The µPD178046 and 178048 allow part of the program in the mask ROM to be replaced with a program in the internal
expansion RAM for execution.
By using this ROM correction function, bugs found in the mask ROM can be removed and program flow can be
changed.
The ROM correction function can be used at up to two places in the internal ROM (program).
