9.3.3 Pin Functions in Each Mode
The functions of port 5 differ between modes 1 and 2 (1-Mbytes modes) and modes 3 and 4
(16-Mbyte modes). The pin functions in each mode are described below.
Pin Functions in Modes 1 and 2 (1-Mbytes Modes): Input or output can be selected separately
for each pin in port 5. A pin becomes an output pin if the corresponding P5DDR bit is set to 1 and
an input pin if this bit is cleared to 0. Figure 9-5 shows the pin functions in modes 1 and 2.

Pin Functions in Modes 3 and 4 (16-Mbytes Modes): The pins in port 5 are automatically used
for address output. Figure 9-6 shows the pin functions in modes 3 and 4.
