Description
The HD74HC147 features priority encoding of the inputs to ensure that only the highest order data line is encoded.
Nine input lines are encoded to a four line BCD output. The implied decimal zero condition requires no input condition
as zero is encoded when all nine data lines are at a high logic level. All data inputs and outputs are active at the low
logic level.
Features
• High Speed Operation: tpd = 14.5 ns typ (CL = 50 pF)
• High Output Current: Fanout of 10 LSTTL Loads
• Wide Operating Voltage: VCC = 2 to 6 V
• Low Input Current: 1 µA max
• Low Quiescent Supply Current: ICC (static) = 4 µA max (Ta = 25°C)
• Ordering Information
