n _{The FM3130 integrates a real-time clock (RTC) and}
E ^e _{F-RAM nonvolatile memory. The device operates}
from 2.7 to 3.6V.
L em ⁴ _{The FM3130 provides nonvolatile F-RAM which}
c ⁶ _{features fast write speed and unlimited endurance.}
la ^{1 This allows the memory to serve as extra RAM for}
O p ^{3 the system microcontroller or conventional}
nonvolatile storage. This memory is truly nonvolatile
e M _{rather than battery backed.}
S ^{R F The real-time clock (RTC) provides time and date}
t ^: _{information in BCD format. It can be permanently}
c ^e _{powered from external backup voltage source, either}
B _{ire tiv} ^{a battery or a capacitor. The timekeeper uses a}
common external 32.768 kHz crystal and provides a
D ^{a calibration mode that allows software adjustment of}
