Notes:
1. All dimensioning and tolerancing conform to ASME Y14.5M - 1994.
2. Datums A-B and D to be determined at datum plane H.
3. Dimensions D1 and E1 do not include mold prortrusion. Allowable protrusion is 0.25mm per side.

5. Dimension b does not include dambar protrusion. The dambar protrusion (s) shall not cause the
lead width to exceed b maximum by more than 0.08 mm. Dambar cannot be located on the lower
radius or the lead foot. minimum space between protrusion and as adjacent lead is 0.07 mm for
0.4mm and 0.5mm pitch packages.
6. A1 is defined as the distance from the seating plane to the lowest point of the package body.
