Start at Pin 10. Wind 13 turns Parallel Bifilar of item [4] from left to right. Wind
uniformly, in a single layer, across entire width of bobbin. Finish on Pin 9.
3 Layers of tape [5] for insulation.
Wrap bottom of E core [1] with 2 layers of tape [6] as shown.
Assemble and secure core halves. Impregnate uniformly [7].
