Unidirectional ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection diodes in a SOD882 leadless ultra
small Surface Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package designed to protect one signal line
from the damage caused by ESD and other transients.

 ESD protection of one line
 Max. peak pulse power: P_PP = 150 W
 Low clamping voltage: V_CL = 20 V
 AEC-Q101 qualified
 Ultra low leakage current: I_RM < 700 nA
 ESD protection up to 30 kV
 IEC 61000-4-2; level 4 (ESD)
 IEC 61000-4-5; (surge); I_PP up to 15 A
