The PE15A5039 is a 25 W minimum high gain power coaxial amplifier operating in the 860 to 960 MHz frequency range. This
class AB design is highly efficient with good linearity. The amplifier offers 25 Watts TYP of P1dB power, 42 dB typical small
signal gain with gain flatness of ±1.5 dB max, and an output IP3 of +58 dBm typ. The amplifier requires typically a +12V DC
power supply. The connectorized SMA module is unconditionally stable and operates over the temperature range of -20°C
and +65°C.
