PE15A5013 is a 5W wideband high gain power coaxial amplifier operating in the 0.5 to 2.8 GHz frequency range. The amplifier
offers 5 Watts typ of P1dB and high 37 dB typical small signal gain with the gain flatness of ±2dB typical. This excellent
technical performance is achieved through the use of hybrid MIC design and advanced GaAs PHEMT devices. The driver
amplifier requires typically a +12V DC power supply. The connectorized SMA module is unconditionally stable and includes
built-in voltage regulation, load VSWR protection, reverse bias protection, and thermal protection for added reliability. The
amplifier operates over the temperature range of -10°C and +65°C.
