This device features three electrically-isolated Schottky diodes housed in a very small SOT -363 package.It is ideal for
appliactions where board space is at a premium.
FEATURES
• Low reverse leakage current (guaranteed < 0.98 µA@25V)
• Reverse voltage rating of 40V
• Lead free in compliance with EU RoHS 2011/65/EU directive
• Green molding compound as per IEC61249 Std. . (Halogen Free)
