Precautions for Use
1. Recommended soldering conditions
a. Wave soldering
i. Basic SPEC. is â¦5sec. When 260 . If temperature is higher, time should be shorter
(+10 â -1sec.).
2. Soldering Iron
a. Power dissipation of iron should be smaller than 15W, and temperature should be controllable.
Soldering temperature should be under 230 , time â¦3sec.
