l Duplex SC Single Mode Transceiver: TRS-7350G
The TRS-7350G series single mode transceivers is low
l Duplex ST Single Mode Transceiver: TRS-7350TG
power, high performance module for bi-directional serial
l Duplex FC Single Mode Transceiver: TRS-7350FG
l Compliant with IEEE-802.3z Gigabit Ethernet
optical data communications such Gigabit Ethernet and
Fibre Channel. This module is designed for single mode
l 1550 nm DFB LD Transmitter
fiber and operates at a nominal wavelength of 1550 nm. A
l 19 dB Power Budget At Least
guaranteed minimum optical link budget of 19 dB is offered
l 0 to 70^oC Operating: TRS-7350G
which can correspond to a link distance of over 50 km
l -20 to 85^oC Operating: TRS-7350AG
(assuming worst case fiber loss of 0.3 dB/km). The
l Industry Standard 1 x 9 Footprint
transmitter section uses a multiple quantum well laser
l Single +3.3V Power Supply
and is a class 1 laser compliant according to International
l RoHS Compliant
Safety Standard IEC-60825. The receiver section uses an
l LVPECL Signal Detect Output: TRS-7350G
l LVTTL Signal Detect Output: TRS-7350CG
integrated InGaAs detector preamplifier (IDP) mounted in
an optical header and a limiting post-amplifier IC. A PECL
l Wave Solderable and Aqueous Washable
logic interface simplifies interface to external circuitry.

This single mode transceiver is a Class 1 laser product. It
complies with IEC 60825 and FDA 21 CFR 1040.10 and
1040.11. The transceiver must be operated within the
specified temperature and voltage limits. The optical ports
of the module shall be terminated with an optical connector
or with a dust plug.
