The SPB-97120-1510G series is high performance module
l Simplex SC Connector: SPB-97120-1510G
for OC-48 / STM-16 and Gigabit Ethernet 1000BASE single
l Simplex LC Connector: SPB-97120L-1510G
l Tri-rate for OC-48 / STM-16, Gigabit Ethernet
fiber communications by using 1510 nm transmitter and
1590 nm receiver. It is with the SFP 20-pin connector to
1000BASE & Fibre Channel
l 1510 nm DFB LD Transmitter
l 1590 nm Receiver
l Distance Up to 120 km
l AC/AC Coupling according to MSA
l Single +3.3 V Power Supply
l RoHS Compliant
l 0 to 70^oC Operation
l Class 1 Laser International Safety Standard IEC 60825
allow hot plug capability. The transmitter section uses a
multiple quantum well 1510 nm DFB laser and is a class 1
laser compliant according to International Safety Standard
IEC 60825. The receiver section is designed to receive 1590
nm signal. The receiver section uses an integrated 1590 nm
detector preamplifier (IDP) mounted in an optical header
and a limiting post-amplifier IC.
