DESCRIPTION
l Single Fiber Bi-Directional Transceiver
The BTRS-7780C-1510G series is high performance
l Speed up to 1300 Mbps
module for single fiber communications by using 1510 nm
l 1510 nm DFB LD Transmitter
l 1590 nm Receiver
transmitter and 1590 nm receiver. The transmitter section
uses a multiple quantum well 1510 nm DFB laser and is a
l 24 dB Power Budget at Least
l Distance Up to 80 km
l Single +3.3 V Power Supply
l LVTTL Signal Detect Output
l PECL Differential Inputs and Outputs
l 0 to 70^oC Operating: BTRS-7780C-1510G
class 1 laser compliant according to International Safety
Standard IEC 60825. The receiver section uses an integrated
1590 nm detector preamplifier (IDP) mounted in an optical
header and a limiting post-amplifier IC. A PECL logic
interface simplifies interface to external circuitry. Signal
Detect with LC-TTL is used.
