Table 8 shows the different combinations of subsampling available with the MT9J003
sensor. The sensor cannot combine pixels using two different methods in the same
direction. This means that bin-xy and sum-y are not valid combinations with the sensor.
As well, the bin-xy is limited to a skip of 4x in the vertical direction.
