Protected TRIAC
Silicon Bidirectional Thyristor
Designed for use in solid state relays, MPU interface, TTL logic and
any other light industrial or consumer application. Supplied in an
inexpensive TOâ92 package which is readily adaptable for use in
automatic insertion equipment.
