• Low Forward Voltage Drop (0.71 to 1.05 V Max @ 1.0 A, T_J = 150°C)
• NRVUS and SURS8 Prefixes for Automotive and Other Applications
Requiring Unique Site and Control Change Requirements;
AEC−Q101 Qualified and PPAP Capable
• These Devices are Pb−Free and are RoHS Compliant
