free wheeling and protection diodes in surface mount applications
where compact size and weight are critical to the system.

• High Temperature Glass Passivated Junction
• Low Forward Voltage Drop (0.95 V Max @ 2.0 A, TJ = 150°C)
• Pb−Free Packages are Available

• Finish: All External Surfaces Corrosion Resistant and Terminal
