Overview
The STK984-090A-E is an Intelligent Power Module designed to be used in Brushless DC Motor.
Applications
Fan , Water pump (3-phase Motor for Automotive.)
Function
 FET can be driven (built-in pre-driver IC) by microcontroller output (logic system).
 Various protections (Over current Protection, Over Temperature Protection, and Low Voltage Protection, Over
Voltage Protection) are incorporated.
 Intelligent DIAG Function that externally outputs each protection status, such as Over current Protection, Over
Temperature Protection.
 Protection functions can be reset by external inputs.
 AEC-Q100 qualified and PPAP capable.
