max. is not specified. The indication accuracy of the R and
S thermocouples at a temperature of 200°C max. is ±3°C ±1

3. “EU” stands for Engineering Unit and is used as the unit

5. When using the E53-AZB, E53-AZ01, or E53-AZ03 Option
Unit with the E5AZ-@3@M@@ to satisfy the immunity burst
requirements in the EN 61326 standard, always connect a
ZCAT2035-0930 Clamp Filter (manufactured by TDK) to the
cable for terminals 11, 12, and 13.
